Download The Latest Driver for your Graphics Card

Question: 

Why does the golf game (RSG Club) quit almost immediately without displaying the starting screen?

Answer: 

One thing to try is to ensure the latest graphics card drivers are installed on your PC.

The most common brand names for graphics cards are NVIDIA and RADEON.   You can identify which company and model by using the Windows tool named ‘dxdiag’.  Press the Windows key (lower left side of your keyboard) and search for dxdiag.  Go to the Display tab and look for the name of the graphics card.

In the example below, the graphics card is the “AMD Radeon Graphics”

Since this example is an AMD product (#2 above), use your browser to search for “download AMD Radeon Adrenaline edition latest version”

It will likely take a few minutes to download to your PC.  Run the installer and look for the driver information in the top right corner of the screen.

In this second example, dxdiag shows us the manufacturer is NVIDIA.

Search for and download the Nvidia drivers.

Use the name of the graphics card in dxdiag above to identify the architecture (#1), the series category (#2), and the specific card (#3).  Take care to identify the notebook if you are using a laptop.
 

After pressing Find above, you will have 1 or more options.  We recommend selecting the “Game Read” driver for download and installation.
