Enclosure: Difficulty Getting the Sewn Goods to Fit the Poles

I have confirmed our records indicate we sent the 8'x10'5"x5' enclosure.  This matches the measurements you reported on the poles:  93.5" and 125" respectively.  So, it appears the poles are of the correct dimension.

The fabric to be hung on the poles will be fairly tight, but it shouldn't require significant stretching.  I wonder if part of the fabric is bound or hung up on one end of the sim and then not able to easily reach the other end.

When first laying out the black top and side piece, it is recommended to lay it out on the floor with the soft velcro side up.  

When raising it up attach the wrap-around Velcro pieces from the under side, as shown here: 

Take care to not tighten the top wrap-over Velcro too much which could raise the side skin too high, leaving it short at the bottom.
