I recommend checking that the correct launch monitor has been selected.
Try starting the game and going to Menu --> Settings --> System and choosing the correct launch monitor.
Once selected, the game will prompt you to Exit. This is normal. Restart the game, go to the practice range, and hit shots.
Note that the "RSG Pro" is equivalent to Galaxy. The "RSG One" is equivalent to the Nova.
