There are two important but often overlooked considerations when positioning the RSG One (Nova). If not correct, ball velocity errors will be introduced, which can negatively impact carry distance.
Setback Distance
Place the ball on the preferred tee location. Then measure the distance from the center of the ball to the center of the base of the Nova. It should be 72" (6 feet).
Mounting Height
The base of the RSG One (Nova) should be resting on something that is the same height as the turf where the golf balls are resting. You can use a piece of wood, a book, or something else. For example, if your turf is 1" thick and the golf balls are resting on the turf, then you will want to find a 1" thick object to place under the RSG One (Nova). This will help the camera see the golf ball over the top of the putter.
