The role of the arming circles is to guide the golfer to place the ball close to the preferred tee location for the best measurement results.
A dynamic ball will appear within the concentric circles depending upon how close the golf ball is to the ideal tee location. If the ball is within the outer circle, the system will track the shot. However, it is better to place the ball closer to the tee, such that it appears within the inner circle for best results.
Three different options are available for the arming circles, as shown on the Settings π‘ͺ View dialog box.
On -Always displayed even after the system is armed.
Dynamic β The concentric circles are displayed when not armed. The ball will appear within the outer circle, even if not armed, to guide you to moving the ball closer to the optimal tee position for accurate and reliable tracking. Once inside the inner circle, it will turn green, and the arming circles will be hidden after a few seconds.
Off β Never displayed. A good choice if you are confident the golfers will know the preferred tee location and therefore donβt need the on-screen guidance.
