Here is a quick approach to determining if the PC is able to see the launch monitor camera. We will use the Command Prompt and the ‘ping’ command.
- Press the windows key on the lower left side of your keyboard.
- type in the search bar 'cmd'
- select the option "Command Prompt". It is likely at the top of the list.
- type this command into the Command Prompt window: Ping 10.0.0.190
- If the cameras are not seen, then you will see a message like this:
"Destination host unreachable."
If the cameras are seen, you will see something like this:
"Reply from 10.0.0.190: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=64"
If you see the "Destination host unreachable", then the ethernet port is not configured correctly.
