Quick Test for Camera Connection

Here is a quick approach to determining if the PC is able to see the launch monitor camera.  We will use the Command Prompt and the ‘ping’ command.

1. Press the windows key on the lower left side of your keyboard.
2. type in the search bar 'cmd'
3. select the option "Command Prompt".  It is likely at the top of the list.
4. type this command into the Command Prompt window:         Ping 10.0.0.190
5. If the cameras are not seen, then you will see a message like this: 

              "Destination host unreachable."

              If the cameras are seen, you will see something like this: 

                             "Reply from 10.0.0.190: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=64"

If you see the "Destination host unreachable", then the ethernet port is not configured correctly.
