Refunds for RSG Mobile
Regarding RSG Mobile, we don’t control app refunds. The Apple App Store makes the decision and just deduct the proceeds from us when they grant a refund. They don't consult with Red Stakes Golf in the process.
If you want to return a purchased app to Apple, you will need to contact Apple support and request a refund. As a general rule, Apple will refund paid apps if the request comes in within the first 14 calendar days, as long as the app wasn't used very much. If they used it for 40 hours, Apple may not refund it even if they only had it for 2 days. Whether the app is refunded or not is 100% up to Apple. They tend to be pretty easy about refunding the app if you have a good reason. Good reasons do not include "I don't like it," however, or "it's too hard to use". Most of the time, it has to be an erroneous purchase (which means they haven't used it much or at all) or because it doesn't actually work on their phone. Since Apple tests the app, they’re saying it doesn't work (in general) is insufficient justification because Apple knows it works. Whether it's working or not is related to the app on the phone, not the connection to the RSG sim software. If it works on their phone for what it says it does, which is picking up shots and reporting distance data, then it works as far as Apple is concerned.
