Error message reported by the user when the game is run:
When trying to open the RSG software after reinstallation, we are getting error messages saying that the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll, VCRUNTIME140.dll, and VCRUNTIME140_1.dll were not found and they need to be reinstalled
Download and run the following installers:
VC_redist.x64
VC_redist.x85
Reboot the PC so they can take full effect during initialization of the restart.
