Symptom:
Unable to edit the course names. Some courses do not have the edit icon appearing by the course name, as shown in the example below:
Solution:
Ensure the courses have been granted on the admin RSG page. If the courses have been downloaded while logged into a different account, then the customer logged into his/her account will not have permissions granted to change the names. This occurred on a sim where I (as tech support) downloaded courses while logged into my account. Then the customer could not change the names when logged into his account even though the courses had been downloaded and were available for play.
