Symptom:
“I have already purchased the RSG mobile, and my app says I have to purchase it again. Please let me know what I need to do to sign in to my account.”
Response:
This may be one of several scenarios:
- If the mobile app has already been downloaded, then the app can’t tell him to buy it again.
- If in the App Store, on Apple, and it says to purchase, you need to be signed into the same Apple ID that was used to download it the first time.
