If the game is crashing when you go to play a course, there may be a corrupt course installation.
Try this:
Removing the courses and downloading them fresh may be the best next step.
Delete all the contents of the following folder.
C:\ProgramData\SimWay\Golf\download
Then restart the game and select the prompt that says "Download All Courses" that appears as a blue button on the upper right side of the game.
Head to a course and see if the crash has gone away.
