There are three downloads to retrieve.     The first two are covered in the setup document named "RSG One – Setup and Install.pdf", and the third is attached to this email.

Please run them in this order:

1. RSG Club installer (page 5)
2. RSG One installer (page 7)
3. Media patch installer

1. Download the attached registry file named Network_Priority_patch.reg
   b) Go to your downloads folder and double click on this file to run it.
   c) Answer the two prompts to accept the changes
   d) Restart your computer
   e) The restart behavior should stop.
   f) Launch the game and hit some shots.

2. If this is a new computer, please send an email to support@rsgolf.com and request a download of the factory calibration.

Not all machines are afflicted with this issue.  For example:
