This error is not intuitive. The path identified in the error is located on the PC. However, the root cause of the error is located in the camera. The file BALL_Filter.xml is copied from the camera and placed on the PC in the path shown in the error message. Then the file is read on the PC, and an error is encountered.
This is not a common error, but it can happen if an RSG support technician accidentally introduces the error when performing detailed maintenance or troubleshooting on the system.
192.168.1.200
You will want to set your Ethernet adapter settings to these numbers:
IP = 192.168.1.200
Mask = 255.255.255.0
Is there any special meaning to 192.168.1.200?
The entire range 192.168.0.0 – 192.168.255.255 is reserved for private networks (RFC 1918).
That means:
It is not routable on the public internet
It’s intended for home, office, or internal LANs
Suitable for connection to local devices, such as Ballflight launch monitor.
Use the following instructions to get to the Network Adapter Settings page:
Go to the Menu 🡪 Settings dialog and ensure Ballflight (Grey) is selected, as shown below.
